BASKETBALL TOURNAMENT REGISTRATION
Thank you for supporting this event on Sat 28th November 2015, we will notify you by email to confirm your registration and send out tournament rules to all players in your team. ALL the fields below are mandatory to play in the tournament, each team must have a minimum of 3 players and a maximum of 4 players only.
Teams will not be placed in the tournament until $60 is cleared in the PayPal account.

Refund Policy: If for whatever reason your registered team is unable to play and we are notified within 7 days before the tournament and we cannot find a replacement team to take your position your team registration fee will not be refunded.
